About the President
Don Cole has over 25
years experience in leadership and is
founder and President of RTT Associates,
Inc. Don holds the Project Management
Professional certification by the Project
Management Institute. He has served in lead
management roles in local and state
government and as pastor of churches in
Georgia and the Republic of Panama. He has
led successful software development and
implementation projects in state government,
manufacturing, telecommunications, and
defense. In 2003, Georgia Governor Sonny
Perdue appointed Don as the 2nd
Congressional District representative on the
Board of the Georgia Department of Human
Resources, a state agency with nearly 20,000
employees and a 2.5 billion dollar budget.
Don has served as Chairman of the
Information Technology Committee and
Co-Chair of Public Health and Aging. He
currently serves as Board Secretary and on
the Department of Family and Children’s
Services Committee. Don is author of
“Grassroots, Leading Others to Accomplish
the Impossible.” He holds a Master of Public
Administration degree from Georgia Southern
University and a Master of Divinity degree
from Southwestern Baptist Theological
Seminary. Don and his wife, Leslie live in
Cordele, Georgia and are actively involved
in the redevelopment and restoration of the
historic O’Neal subdivision where Don has
chosen to locate the corporate headquarters
for RTT Associates, Inc.
